Halloweener Derby Day at Seaside is an annual FUNdraising event for 30A Radio and The Alaqua Animal Refuge.
30A Radio is a broadcast service of the Seaside Neighborhood School, and features family friendly music and community centered shows. We broadcast 24/7 on 107.1 FM, and stream live on 30ARadio.org. Local volunteer DJ's host a number of shows with a variety of content, from sports talk to world music.
The Seaside Neighborhood School is one of Florida's first Charter Schools, established in 1996, and serves sixth through eighth grade students in Walton County, Florida. The school offers a unique learning experience, including the school-sponsored radio station, WTHA, that includes student programming.
The Alaqua Animal Refuge is an independent, non-profit organization located on Florida's Emerald Coast that advocates the general welfare and humane treatment of animals by providing shelter, pet overpopulation and adoption services.
